Boot Camp

Chris’s Boot Camp is unique! With his background of having been there! – At Boot Camp while with the Canadian Armed Forces, it was the real deal! Now , with his 15 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and countless success stories Chris will kick your butt and get you in shape!!

Each Boot Camp session (class) is different, between this and the fact that you will be working within your limits of a higher intensity of exercise that you would probably not do while exercising on your own …..This Boot Camp is fun, challenging and gets you results!

In each session you will do a variety of different exercises, such as stairs,hills,sprints sandbag carry,jumping,weight lifting, lunges, squats, step-ups jump rope, running through pylons ,pushups, a variety of different movements using your body as resistance – no one session is alike, always new and exciting exercises !!!!
